The Process
How This Works
You’ll never get a hard-close sales call from us. In fact, unless you ask, we won’t call you at all. You’ll quickly notice we do things a little differently here.”
Step 1 — Intake Questionnaire
It starts with a short questionnaire — just enough for us to understand your business, your team, your goals, and what you feel isn’t working the way you’d like.
Step 2 — We Reach Out
Once we’ve reviewed your answers and have a good sense of your business and what you’re hoping to accomplish, you’ll receive an email with a link to our calendar. Choose a time that works for you for a brief 15-minute call to meet and confirm key information. If the outcome of our meeting is to proceed, we will schedule your discovery session. There is no fee for any of this.
Step 3 — Discovery
The discovery session is where we spend 60–90 minutes digging deep. We meet virtually to discuss your business processes, your people, and the challenges you’re facing. We then review everything carefully and start building a training outline based on the needs we uncover.
Step 4 — A Proposal
Once your training curriculum has been drafted, we’ll meet again virtually to review the next steps and walk you through a detailed proposal that includes our recommended training, why we’re recommending it, the projected results from the training, what’s required from you, suggested timelines, and pricing—and to address any further questions you may have.
Step 5 — Your Team Gets Access
Weeks before the training starts, each member of your team also participates in a virtual interview with us. If there are many employees, we will meet with them in groups. The meetings help us get to know the people we’ll be training, ensuring the program is tailored to your business goals and individual roles. Participants will receive login credentials to our virtual training portal in advance.
Step 6 — On-Site Training
In-person, on-site, built around what we found during discovery and individual interviews. Sessions typically run one to three days, depending on the suggested content and the training package you’ve chosen.
Step 7 — Beyond the Training
Employees trained to be an income-generating asset from day one are valuable. When appropriate, we can also review your hiring and onboarding practices. How you bring people in and set them up in their roles can have as much impact on your bottom line as any revenue-generating activity. When new staff are trained to handle conversations, answer objections, and guide customers effectively, their confidence rises quickly, as do their results.
A Note on Expectations
Our training isn’t difficult or heavily academic, but is held to our high standards. It is structured and delivered in a way that ensures your employees learn to focus on activities that build your bottom line. We are confident that, upon leaving the training, you and your staff are fully prepared to carry the process forward on your own.
Because we require full participation from you and your entire team, we can stand behind what we deliver with our bold Double Guarantee.
