Many trainers have certifications and corporate designations on their CVs and deliver a well-rehearsed presentation verbatim to dozens of companies. They show up, set up at the front of the conference room, run the sales team through the slides, pack up, and head off to the next booking.
These presenters don’t share your worldview. They don’t own a business and have never experienced the pressure of running one. They don’t know what it feels like to lie awake, wondering if there will be enough to cover payroll, sometimes even skipping their own pay. What We Actually Do
Once we determine this is the right fit for you and your team, we begin a thorough process to understand your business in depth. How it operates, your goals, and who your customers are. From there, we build the training around what we uncover. Sales training is developed for your entire team, while marketing training is created for the person responsible for bringing marketing in-house.
The result is practical training that leaves your people capable, confident, and independent, benefiting your business long after we leave.
Who We Work With
Our training is built for independent, owner-operated local businesses with annual revenue typically between $500K and $5M. Brick-and-mortar shops and local service businesses. The kind where the owner still shows up to work each day.
We do not work with franchises, national chains, or passive owners looking for a done-for-you solution.
What We Expect
The owner and every team member are expected to participate fully in the training, as outlined in our training agreement.
